Oxford cloth has its origins in Scotland in the late 19th century. Woven with a double warp yarn and a soft weft yarn of combed cotton, it produced a soft and porous cloth, still popular today for shirting. If you have taken our recent workshops, this is our fabric of choice for mock-ups!
