This wonderful handkerchief is reproduced from the Susan W. Greene collection from Genesee Country Village & Museum.
Dated to 1840 the original was block printed on silk. Its simplicity lends itself to a variety of applications. We have found similar designs dating as early as 1810.
- This handkerchief is considered seconds because of two blue dots on the print (see photos)
- Measures approximately 36 inches square
- 100% hand loomed cotton mull.
