Refund policy

Please note we do not accept returns on:

  • Cut Yardage (Not sure about a fabric before you buy?  Email us to request a sample.)

  • Patterns

  • Stockings

All other products returns should:

  • Be made within 30 days
  • Be in new condition.

To make a return:

  • Enclose a note telling us why you are making the return.

  • How you would like us to handle the transaction.  We will exchange merchandise or refund the purchase price of the item minus a 10% restocking fee to your payment method. 

  • Items should be packed securely and insured for your protection.

  • When you ship please email us with your tracking number so we can be on the look out for it.

  • Please note we cannot refund shipping charges.
