T. Marshall Smith Scholarship

We are pleased to announce that the application for the  T. Marshall Smith Workshop Scholarship is live! Those who would like an opportunity to experience all Burnley & Trowbridge Company has to offer are encouraged to apply.

The Scholarship has been established to further the study of historical dress which Marshall loved so much, through the Burnley & Trowbridge Workshop Series. His widow Dotty, and Burnley & Trowbridge Company wish to honor Marshall’s curiosity & interest in life-long learning by offering this limited time Scholarship opportunity. 

A $350 gift certificate for purchase of a Burnley and Trowbridge workshop will be awarded twice a year.

• Any remaining funds are for workshop supplies to be bought through the Burnley & Trowbridge Company.

• The Awardee will be supplied with the list of available Burnley & Trowbridge Company workshops from which to choose their preferred topic, ahead of registration and that slot will be held for them.

• The Gift Certificate will remain valid for 1 year from the date of issue. 

• The Gift Certificate has no redeemable cash value and is non-transferable.
