In run-away ads, portraits, genre art, advertisements and thefts we find handkerchiefs of many descriptions.  Worn by women and men for fashion and practicality through out the 18th century and on in to the 19th century.   Our  cotton handkerchiefs are extremely fine and sheer and closely match original India cottons we have looked at.
  • Measuring approximately 34 inches square, our handkerchiefs are made of hand loomed cotton mull and hand finished.
  • Suitable for dying if you wish.
