Off White "Linsey Woolsey" Handkerchief
Our first linsey woolsey handkerchief was based on a gown worn by a child admitted to the Foundling Hospital in London. The original sample attached to the billet when examined by us was found to be made of linen and wool and was extremely lightweight. We tried to duplicate this fine textile in that handkerchief and now offer it as a plain handkerchief, ready to be dyed, stamped, embroidered or left plain.
- It measures approximately 36 inches square, and is made of our very light weight hand loomed linen (54%) & wool(46%) and hand finished.
