The Tudor Tailor: Tudor / Elizabethan Bodies Pattern
The Tudor Tailor: Tudor / Elizabethan Bodies Pattern includes three styles of Tudor/Elizabethan bodies or corsets (also called “stays”). This pattern is appropriate for 16th and early 17th century impressions. Includes full instructions for choosing materials, and sizing and constructing garments. Based on two extant examples:

- 1603 - Westminster Abbey, London, bodies for an effigy of Queen Elizabeth I
- circa 1600 - Boughton House, Northamptonshire, portrait of Elizabeth Vernon

- Smaller Sizes: 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16
- Larger Sizes: 18, 20, 22, 24, 26
